error on reboot after using apt-get dist-upgrade

Hello,
after I use apt-get for a dist-upgrade and also install some package in
the potato frozen driectory,the following things occur when reboot:

Starting NFS common utitlites : statd locked rpc.statd forget
				to set AF_INET in udp sendmsg.Exit!
RPC:sendmsg returned error 101:
RPC:sendmsg returned error 101:
RPC:sendmsg returned error 101:

and so on....
pressing CTRL-C won't work and I have to press CTRL-ALT-DEL.....
do any one know what's the problem ?
