[Off-topic] Joliet multisession

I am trying to burn multisession CDs to use them
under windows.

When using mkisofs, wich options do I have to use?

-J ? Is it enought? mkisofs help says the -R option is
necessary to burn multisession.

-R ? Will the resulting CD be readable under windows?

-R -J? This is the posibility I have tried and some
cd-readers can read the CD and others do not.
