Unsupported protocol errors in pppd

Hey all!

I get the following errors in my logs, and wonder whether anyone has
any clues to what they might be.

I have a ADSL line, and am using pppoe.  I get these errors pretty
regularly.  I don't see any obvious patters in the numbers either.
They seem to be all over the place.

Any ideas?
