perl is bent (not broke; just bent)

install_driver(Pg) failed: Can't load
'/usr/local/lib/site_perl/i386-linux/auto/DBD/Pg/Pg.so' for module
DBD::Pg: /usr/local/lib/site_perl/i386-linux/auto/DBD/Pg/Pg.so:
undefined symbol: Perl_markstack_ptr at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.005/i386-linux/DynaLoader.pm line 169.

this is just after a clean
	apt-get upgrade
(well, four iterations or so, until it stopped aborting with
'package a not configured, which package b needs, so i'm taking
a hike' style messages)

this doesn't look hard to fix, but it's possible that whatever
causes this might be happening on all your installs, maybe?

or, again, maybe it's just me?
