LyX in frozen linked with buggy xforms?

Hi All,

In the LyX home page I've found following statement

Additional Programs/Libraries Required 
                       XForms 0.86 or 0.88  Don't use XForms-0.89 it's buggy. 
                       Automake 1.4 
                       ...

However LyX in the frozen dist is linked with Xforms0.89.
Is it safe?
