Right you are. PDF is relatively inexpensive. However, the paper
copy was something like $600 when the standard was just released.
The paper copy is is in the neighborhood of $150, from Global
Engineering.

Weth the pdf, it is not hard to see the words on the page, but the
language lawyerly language is not easy for someone not already
__immersed__ in C++ to understand. It most certainly is NOT the
place to learn C++ nor the libraries. The Standard is very hard to
use in that sense.
