It used to be that I could open an eterm, su, and open whatever app I wanted. Now it complains about not being able to connect to the display. All of the sudden I need to xhost +localhost as non-root in order to open and windowed apps. This is annoying, how can I make root have permanent premisisons to connect to the local xserver? -Aaron Solochek leko@cmu.edu
