I haven't tried writing to 80 minute CD's, but I've written some that
were just over 650Mb. Xcdroast doesn't seem to do an exact calculation
of the available storage on the CD. I knew that my data should fit so I
ignored the warning. The CD turned out okay.

My advice is to try it. Xcdroast is just guessing anyway... and the
cd-writer *should* take care of it.

Bear in mind, I haven't tried this so I don't know for sure if it will
work.
