George - I've cracked it!!!!! I have been scoring my /etc/exim.conf file just changing odd things and remming out others, and I noticed the following: smtp_accept_queue_per_connection = 300 # >> Option rewritten by convert4r3 host_reject = "! 192.168.1.0/24 : \ ! 194.217.242.0/24 : \ *" No idea why it is there, but I remmed it out and now exim works fine!!!!
