Not an error, just a diagnostic telling you what it found

The PCI ID tables in the kernel doesn't recognize the IDE controller.
Nothing to worry about.

Not a problem - one of my Pentium servers says that, and it has 40 day
uptimes.

The kernel doesn't know how to enable DMA on the IDE controller. You need
to patch the kernel - check the linux-kernel archives for a patch relating
to the ALi 1542.
