The packages are smbfs for the 2.0.x kernels and smbfsx for the 2.2.x
kernels. You also have to compile support into the kernel.  You can not
use mount like you want until samba 2.0.6 comes out at which time you
will be able to use -t smb as the fs type.  The smbmount syntax has
changed violently over the last couple of releases so read the man pages
and examples.
