cannot start "make menuconfig"

Hi,

i cannot start menconfig for compiling my kernel. I have the 2.2.10 one on a
stable, with some unstable packages.
copy of errors:
In file included from lxdialog.c:22:
dialog.h:29: cursus.h: No such file or directory

what could be the problem?
