How to filter this list?

Hi,

how can I filter the incoming stuff from this list by using ''elm''?
My $HOME/.elm/filter-rules contains the following entries:

...

if (from = "debian-user@lists.debian.org") then save "/home/meru/blum/Mail/linux"
if (sender = "debian-user@lists.debian.org") then save "/home/meru/blum/Mail/linux"

...

Because some of the mails to the lists are sent by using ``CC'', the
mechanism does not work correctly. 

Is there a way out? I _have_to_ use elm and filter ;-(
