WindowMaker will do that. But, if you dock the new appicon that was
created when you ran it with the ssh -f ... command, it should work ok
then. I'm guessing you're using ssh-agent or something similar of
authentication, because i can't get this to work ;)

i run into the same problem sometimes, i'll dock an app i ran with
"./wmpasman", then kill and restart it and it can't find the file. So i
edit the settings to be "/home/blah/.../wmpasman" and it makes a new
appicon. Docking the new appicon then works perfectly.

This is actually an issue with the dockapp itself. If the app would use
the same name all the time, there would be no problem. But when the app
uses ARGV[0], then the name is different depending on the path and
WindowMaker makes a new appicon.

Does it work to dock the new appicon?
