problem installing dnsutils

I tried to install the dnsutils package (using apt-get on potato) and I got
this:

Unpacking replacement dnsutils ...
dpkg: error processing

 trying to overwrite `/usr/bin/dnsquery', which is also in package bind
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/dnsutils_1%3a8.2.1-5_i386.deb
E: Sub-process returned an error code (1)

Has anyone else had this problem?
