No, this is not possible in WindowMaker. I'm not 100% sure why, but I
suspect that it was not a feature in NextStep, and WindowMaker is trying
to adhere closely to the NextStep interface. You could look at
wm.mikomi.org (a window maker patch archive) for a patch that would allow
this. But I'm not sure if one exists.
