Cannot determine ethernet address for proxy



i am hooking up ISP. Below is part of output of plog:

The last line seems to indicate error. How to fix it?

PS: My ISP uses both "login:" and "Username:" in login. How to "expect" both in chatscript. Currently my script expects ":".
