compiling samba-2.0.4 in slink fail.

Hi,

I downloaded the sources for samba-2.0.4 from unstable and then
tryied do compile under slink (kernel 2.0.35).
I did a debian/rules binary and several parts of the process were
smooth but it failed when tryied to mv smbmount from
PATH/debian/tmp/usr/bin to PATH/debian/elsewhere.
smbmount/smbumount doesn't exist in this directory. They are
located in PATH/source/smbfs-2.0.x/utils. Even if I manually move they to
there, they are remove by the makefile before the mv command.
Is it possible to compile samba-2.0.4 under slink?
