Anything that is compiled against Mesa will do. But you either have to
recompile it against libGL, or just make a symlink
ln -sf /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1.0 /usr/lib/libMesaGL.so.3
If you see
@@Created GLX Context..
when starting the programm, it uses the GL driver.
