Slink debs for wmsound are at:

 http://master.debian.org/~mmagallo/packages/

The other sound related packages are listed there, but the deb's are
missing (tarballs are there though). Perhaps they are still being
prepared. I updated WM and wmsound tonight from the above url with no
problems.
