In this case, I don't think you know what you are talking about. CNC does
not get their DSL from anyone. DSL in california is only provided (AFAIK)
by two people, Covad and PacBell. You may then select your provider to the
internet. Concentric is pretty big. They SUPPLY bandwidth to several ISP's
including PacBell internet.
Concentric is a company I happen to know a little bit about. I also have
their service. Clean pipe, 16 IP addresses and no restrictions on service.
My livingroom is 4 hops from MAE-West. Not too shabby.
