Yes, I could do it for you but you would learn nothing. Have a look at
www.exim.org, follow the documentation and FAQ's link, click Exim
Specification and in the index that will appear in a frame look for header
rewiting rules.
The letters at the end of the example rule given above are your clue. You
are going to probably want something like:
*@old.domain ${local_part}@new.domain <list of headers>
