I had the same problem before. And I asked about this question 2 months
ago, but no one has responded my mesg.

I won't agree with this though. Just cp the deb files to the apt diretory,
somewhere in /var/lib/apt/archive, cannot remember! And then just
apt-get install PACKAGE-NAME.
