hello, today i've got one old deskporte modem and it seems is not working. i tried to connect it to my portable to check initialization strings and enable autoanswer, but the modem does not answer to my at commands. i tried to connect other modem ( zyxel) and it works without problems. how it sounds to u? do i have to use different data cable? thanks for advice Ladislav
