If your computer's CMOS will allow you to boot from CD-ROM, set it to do so
and boot off the CD and away you go.

If not, you'll either have to find a machine with a running OS to make the
disk(s) you'll need, or borrow one from someone nearby, or what I'd
suggest, use a DOS boot floppy with the CD-ROM driver on it so you can boot
a minimal floppy-based DOS with CD-ROM capability and then just run
EZSTART.BAT on the CD.
