Two ideas:
1. Run 'ldd pklin251.exe'. This should tell you what libraries pklin251.exe is using and where they are.
2. Just use the zip and unzip packages provided by Debian. They are based on InfoZIP, and I've never
had any trouble opening files created with WinZip or PKZip with them.
