making cd's from slink/frozen

Hi,

	I have a directory that is a mirror of Debian. 
	How do I make a CD (from slink) that can be used to install Debian
in new machines?
	The Official CD found at the mirror is for 1.3.1. That is too old!
I would like to use the slink version.
