Those docs are a tad out of date. Mail the listed address and ask for it to be
fixed. Here is the actual location:
$ lftp ftp1.us.debian.org/debian
lftp ftp1.us.debian.org:/debian/dists/stable/main> ls
./ binary-all/ binary-m68k/ disks-m68k/ upgrade-i386/
../ binary-i386/ disks-i386/ source/

in the disks-i386/current dir:

lftp ftp1.us.debian.org:/debian/dists/stable/main/disks-i386/current> ls
./ base14-5.bin lowmem.bin
../ base2_0.tgz lowmemrd.bin
README-fast basecont.txt ltecra
README-tecra cfdisk.txt md5sum.txt
base12-1.bin drv1200.bin rawrite2.exe
base12-2.bin drv1440.bin rawrite2.txt
base12-3.bin drv1440tecra.bin resc1200.bin
base12-4.bin dselect.beginner.html resc1440-fast.bin
base12-5.bin dselect.beginner.txt resc1440.bin
base12-6.bin install.bat resc1440tecra-fast.bin
base14-1.bin install.html resc1440tecra.bin
base14-2.bin install.txt root.bin
base14-3.bin linux
base14-4.bin loadlin.exe

read the files here and you should be ready to run
