It could be being run from a couple of locations.  First of all, KDE saves
your session state when you exit.  So, if you close the kfmclient and then
exit, the state should be restored to the way it was before you exited.
So kfmclient will be running if it was when you last logged out.  Also,
make sure you don't have a link to it in your autostart directory.
