Don't worry.  What little may be left of KDE won't interfere
with other software, and it doesn't take much space.

The package management system knows all files belonging to KDE
packages, and can remove all of them.  But installation scripts
may have created some more files, and the system doesn't dare
deleting them.  It cannot know wheter those files are generated
or possibly valuable files created by you.  That's
why directories weren't removed.

You can of course go through the directories mentioned yourself,
look at what's left, and delete it if it isn't needed.
