It's difficult to tell which one is right for you if you don't state any
criteria.

For Debian development, you currently need an RSA key that works with 2.6.3;
we'll most likely switch to the GNU Privacy Guard (gnupg) soon.

If you need to communicate with PGP 5 users, the free solution is to use the
GNU Privacy Guard (read http://technocage.com/~caskey/gpg/pgp2gnupg.html for
details on interoperability).
