This *.deb file is only the frontend for installing netscape (i think) if 
you take a look at the file it is only a few kilobytes (not megabytes 
like the real netscape is). So what you need to do is go to the netscape 
homepage and download netscape from there and put it into the appropriate 
folder for dpkg to find (instructions should follow the *.deb files i 
think) and then install the *.deb file.
