It depends on whether you are running the libc5 or libc6 version of
netscape.  The libc5 version is in /shipping/... and you put that file in
your /tmp directory and use the Debian netscape4 package to install it.
If you use dselect or apt-get to install the netscape4 debian package, it
will check dependencies and also get you any needed libraries.

Otherwise, you will need to do 'ldd /usr/lib/netscape/netscape' to see
what libraries are needed.
