I've got 3.3.2.2-4 and this in /etc/Xresources (no Xresources.dpkg* files
there BTW):

*VT100.Translations: #override <Key>Delete: string("\033[3~")\n\
                               <Key>Home: string("\033OH")\n\
                               <Key>End: string("\033OF")
