This isn't debian specific, but what the hey.

How does one find out the format needed to use the -post_data switch 
in LYNX to feed data to a remote CGI using a script?

(I have a list of addresses I want to process for ZIP+4 zip codes 
through the form located at 

http://www.usps.com/ncsc/lookups/lookup_zip+4.html 

The form posts to: 

http://www.usps.com/cgi-bin/zip4/zip4inq

and I'd like to read from a text file and feed it directly, and 
retrieve the output to another file).
