No, if you just mirror /debian/dists/frozen you'll get everything in
the Debian 2.0 distribution. mirror will only recreate the links AFTER
/debian/dists/frozen. As far as it's concerned, frozen is a directory,
not a link. Of course if you start the mirror at a lower position, say
/debian/dists then yes, you'd have to get what the links point to, or
tell mirror to flatten them, but then you'll get duplicates.

Just remember that the root of what you're mirroring has the same
effect as logging in via ftp, which is what mirror does, and doing an
"ls". If you log in ftp.debian.org and do "cd /debian/dists/frozen"
what happens? You're in whatever /debian/dists/frozen pointed to.

I'd get my mirror configuration file from the link I gave you and use
that as a starting point.
