Re: disk partition problem
my 2 cents: If you run under dos the command dir /v/s or dir *.* /v/s
it will return a list of all file on the default disk starting from the default
directory; and this output will include the file attributes. If you where to pipe
the output to a file you could then edit it as a command file to change the file
attributes, perform the defrag, and then edit the file once again to restore the
original attributes. There may be some side effect from doing this: but I haven't
hear of any - not for some time.
