Check out a utility called fsdext2,
http://www.globalxs.nl/home/p/pvs/index.htm  
It is a beta of a read-only utility to mount ext2 partitions under
Win95.  I have had limited success with it(locked up Win95 solid) but it
looks real promising.  The author is on hiatus while he moves.
