Floppy disk device question

	After installing 2.0 on my machine I find that /dev/fd/0 looks like the
	folowing:

	lrwx------   1 stan     dialout        64 Dec 25 22:37 0 -> [0301]:18840

	Could someone explain this to me? I don't recognize the meaning of
	this.
