Howdy all, I have been trying to get sound working on my Debian box all week. I've compiled a new Kernel with all the features and settings. But when I looked in /dev I couldn't find "audio." Yes I have added /dev/audio support to the kernel. I don't know what to do. If I don't figure out what to do, I think I'll switch to Red Hat. TIA.
