This is on a virgin Hamm system running a recompiled 2.0.34 (just installed
this weekend). I have a K6-2 300 on a shuttle motherboard.
Have you recompiled your kernel? Did you enable the fpu option? If so go back
and disable it. Otherwise yes, you may have a hardware failure.
