Laptop Austin, 386SXL-25, Phenix 1.05 Bios, 640k+3Mb RAM, 540Mb WD
The lowmem special menue (1.partition,2.init.swap,3.init root,4.reboot)
A) 3. does NOT copy the root partition to /dev/hda5 (minix) "it hangs"
B) I am not shure wether 2. initializes the swap on /dev/hda3 because
I don't get a message about what was done when initialization finishes.
C) I don't get an alt-f2-console at this point.
(B+C as it was usual in bo lowmem)
I can do a floppy boot via the rescue-disk (boot: rescue root=/dev/fd0)
but I end up with "Unable to open an initial console"
Any Ideas?
Greetings
Anton
