"You have IP-masq"....do you mean configured or simply installed?
you can run ipmasqconfig , or edit /etc/ipmasq.conf
read the how-to or simply do this:
ipfwadm -F -p deny
ipfwadm -F -a m -S xxx.xxx.xxx.0/24 -D 0.0.0.0/0
where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx the address of your internal class C network address.
the 24 becomes 16 for a class b and 8 for class a.
