If you want to use win95 as your proxy server to the internet, the best
(and absolutely free) package is "VSOCKS". Was written by a clever Brit,
and is almost painless to install. Runs on any win32 box, 95 or NT.
I think its a whopping 250K.
I got it off www.winfiles.com under NT software, but I know that version
works on 95.... as thats where I had it originally.
