Just install the debian exim package, tell the config script that you want
NO email delivered locally, that you want to use a smarthost. Tell it the
name of the smarthost and when it is done, manually edit exim.conf to add
the new router in the right place. It must be the FIRST router in the
router config section of the conf file.
