Hi, M$ introduced for their program a reinstall method. Does apt or dpkg provide such a method ? It will be useful in the case your system crash and some important files are trashed. Eventually a method that let you chose if you want to reinstall the configuration files also (like when you install an upgrade and you can choose to keep the old version or the packager version).
