Look at your email client configuration and see if you can set the From:
and Reply-To: lines there. Same for your newsreader. Make sure you set an
Errors-To: header with a reachable email address though if your envelope
sender address (your local username and host ) is not reachable. Otherwise
remote systems will not be able to deliver bounce messages if there is a
problem with delivery ... they ignore From: and Reply-To: and use
Return-Path: which is the envelope sender.
