Go there instead.  This one's the WFW DOS client, it also works and it works
better IMO than the other.  It requires M$-DOS and is a client only, not a
peer or server.

It's a little bit of a task to make it work without DHCP, but you can set up
DHCP if you don't want to mess with it.  It will need you to use Samba in
order to make use of it with Linux---but it will provide a stack for DOS or
windoze 3.1 TCP apps.
