hypermail not using the config files

Hi

I'm using hypermail, I have been having problems with core dumps (already
reported in the BugTrack) but also I having the following:

It parses $HOME/.hmrc but the settings are not used 
It parses -c specified config file but the settings are not used


I'm using the 1.02-8 package

Any ideas?
