Re: Low memory install help



Are we talking bo here?  The following applies to bo and may well work
with hamm but I have not yet tried it. 

The trick with a low-mem install is this; when you get to the "boot: "
prompt answer with "linux floppy0".  After that just follow instructions
but note that along the way you will need a small minix partition just for
the installation.  If you plan things you can then incorporate that disk
space into your swap partition when you are up and running.  (But don't
try this unless you know exactly what you are doing.)

I would like to hear how you get on.
